You cannot print and sell physical copies of our digital models unless you have a Commercial Printing License with us.

Upon purchase of any of our digital models, you agree to and are legally bound by our terms and conditions.

If you would like to print and sell physical copies of our digital models, please apply for a Commercial Printing License.

Under no circumstance are you allowed to sell our digital models (STL files or other formats).

Any theft, redistribution, resale, imitation, licensing, leasing, or claimed ownership of our copyrighted brand, digital models and materials will be considered a breach of our terms and conditions and an infringement of copyright law.

Yes. If you would like to print and sell physical copies of our digital models, please apply for a Commercial Printing License.

After finalizing your payment, you’ll be able to download your STL files immediately on the purchase confirmation page.

We’ll also email your purchase confirmation and provide you with a secure link to download your files.

An account will also be created for you. Your STL files will remain in your online account with us forever so you can easily access and download them at any time.

To access your STL files:

• Go to the account login page
• Enter the same email address you used when making your purchase
• Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email address to login
• Access your STL files via the Downloads menu

Yes. All of our digital models seamlessly print without supports and with zero clean-up.

You’ll be provided with PDF instructions for terrain assembly including a full parts list of STL files. We’ll also include some printing tips to further assist you.

Please refer to the Dimension section on the product pages for the printed dimension of each piece of terrain.

Also refer to the Terrain Measurement Example section on the product pages for instructions on how the terrain is measured.

Yes we have test printed and painted every piece of terrain to ensure its reliability. Photos of all the printed models are shown on the product pages.

We haven’t test printed our digital models on a resin printer so we cannot 100% guarantee its compatibility.

If you have experience printing in resin we don’t foresee any major issues however this would be at your own risk.

Our digital models have been optimized for FDM printers and for even the smallest print beds.

We would recommend either a Bambu Lab or a Creality Ender printer, however any FDM printer would be suitable.

All of our test printed models shown on the product pages were printed on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini using a white PLA basic filament.

We recommend using PLA filament for printing our digital models.

Yes. Our terrain is designed for 28/32mm scale miniatures making it compatible with the most popular tabletop wargaming and RPG systems.

No, unfortunately we’re not selling any physical models of our terrain.

There’s no risk whatsoever with purchasing our digital models. All digital models have already been fully designed and completed by us in-house.

We’ve also test printed and painted everything to ensure its reliability. Photos of all the printed models are shown on the product pages for you to see.

As with all digital models that are printed by the end user, the quality that you achieve will depend upon your 3D printer, its settings and your 3D printing skills.
