When will I be charged for my monthly subscription?
You’ll be charged immediately upon subscribing. This gives you access to the current month’s terrain pack and welcome pack. After that, subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of each month.
When will I receive my new terrain pack each month?
We deliver each month’s new terrain pack on the 2nd to all active members.
How will I receive my new terrain pack each month?
A member-only post with download links is published on the 2nd of each month in the members portal. You'll also receive an email notification when it's live.
When will my STL files become available in my online library?
STL files are added to your online library on the 2nd of each month. They remain available in your account even if you pause or cancel.
How do I access my 30% off store discount?
The 30% discount is automatically applied to all products in your cart, even on already discounted items. You must be logged in to see it.
How does your loyalty program work?
You’ll receive bonus free terrain every 3rd billing cycle. Your billing cycle starts when you subscribe and increases with each monthly renewal. If you pause or cancel and resume later, your cycle count continues. Bonuses are delivered on the 2nd of the month alongside the terrain pack.
Can I pause or cancel my membership at any time?
Yes – you can pause, cancel, and reactivate anytime. Your account, STL files, and loyalty rewards continue on the same cycle when you return.
