How will I get my STL files after making a purchase?

Once your payment is complete, you can download your STL files immediately from the purchase confirmation page. We’ll also email you a confirmation with a secure download link. An account will be created for you, and your STL files will remain there permanently for easy future access.

How do I access my STL files at any time after making a purchase?

Your STL files will always be available in your account. To access your STL files:

  • Login to your account
  • Enter the same email you used for your purchase.
  • Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
  • Access your STL files via the Downloads menu

Does your terrain print without supports?

Yes. All terrain is designed to print without supports and requires no clean-up.

Will you provide any assembly instructions?

Yes. You’ll receive a PDF with assembly instructions, a complete parts list, and printing tips.

Do you have printed dimensions of your terrain?

Yes. Refer to the Dimensions section on each product page for exact sizes, and the Terrain Measurement Example section for measurement details.

Has your terrain been test printed?

Yes. All terrain has been test printed and painted to ensure quality. Photos of the printed terrain are shown on each product page.

Can I print your terrain with resin?

We test print all terrain on FDM printers using PLA filament. While we haven’t tested resin printing, experienced resin users shouldn’t encounter issues.

What type of 3D printer do you recommend?

Our terrain is optimized for FDM printers, even with small print beds. We recommend Bambu Lab or Creality Ender printers, though any FDM printer should work. All product photos were printed on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini with PLA filament.

What type of filament do you recommend?

PLA filament is recommended.

Can I purchase printed terrain directly from you?

No. We only sell STL files, not physical prints.

Can I print and sell your terrain?

Yes, however you must have an active merchant membership to print and sell physical copies of our terrain.

Can I sell your STL files?
